Due to our rapid expansion and growth, UK First Adi and Safety Training are recruiting the following roles. The right person can be employed or self-employed, they should have experience in the role and have exceptional skills in the role they seek to be considered for.

Contracts, rates of pay and other job requirements are fully negotiable, these will be discussed at your interview stage.

Successful applicants will be notified of an interview for the post applying for and will be required to provide 3 references for work carried out in the last 18 months. In addition, you must declare any conflicts of interests, issues that may affect your work with us i.e. issues with awarding organisations.
Training Roles
Training qualifications are preferred to hold the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training and have membership at MSET level with Society of Education and training.
First Aid Trainers
Must hold a current first aid at work and meet HSE criteria in selecting a training provider.
RLSS Pool Lifeguard Trainers & Assessors
Must be an RLSS Trainer Assessor (qualified preferred, Probationary considered)
Health & Safety Trainers and Assessors
Tech IOSH Membership grade or higher is preferred
Quality assurance Roles
Must hold a Level 4 qualification or able to obtain this qualification through our CPD scheme.
Internal Quality Assurer (IQA)
Required for our training course and our customers need IQA’s for their quality assurance systems.
External Quality Assurer (EQA)
We currently have examination boards asking us to find them suitable EQA, to work with their centres. Full training can be given under our CPD Scheme.
