Food Safety For Employees and Food Handlers
This qualification is suitable for anyone who is employed in paid or voluntary positions, as well as anyone looking to gain in valuable knowledge in food safety. This qualification will explain to the learner the importance of food safety as well as safe working methods, legal requirements, hand washing, cleaning, pest control, roles of a food handler and the 4 c’s. This qualification supports the employee in their due diligence requirements in the process of working towards a due diligence.

This professional training course is 3 to 6 hours lead by one of our professional qualified trainers. The certificate has no expiry date if competency is maintained.  This qualification meets the recommendations and is fully up to date with HSE requirements.

Food Safety for Management & Supervisors

This qualification is suitable for anyone who is employed in paid or voluntary positions in a supervisory or management position including those looking for promotions or further their own career.

The qualification will support managers and supervisors with their due diligence through a range of food safety subjects including management, risk assessment, reporting, monitor, employee management and training and legal requirements.  This qualification supports the business in their due diligence requirements in the process of working with food.

This professional training qualification is 10 to 20 hours lead by one of our professional qualified trainers. The certificate has no expiry date if competency is maintained.   This qualification meets the recommendations and is fully up to date with HSE and food standards requirements.

The Essentials of HACCP

3 to 6 Hours. 

Covers all requirements of Hazards Analyses Critical Control Points. The attendee will be able to complete with competence and confidence HACCP assessments. 

Management of Allergies in Food

3 to 6 Hours. 

Covers all the food allergies groups with examples, how to control , legal requirements, signs of reaction and first aid treatment.
